OMG, I did elderberry jam last year from the tree in our garden, but it was so much work and it stains like mad, that I am not trying anything again this year. Well done for your courage ;-) Looks tasty!

Absolutely not what I expected when seeing just the photo. It looks like sorbet, so I had to read the title twice :-) Looks yum and I love red currants

Oh yes, I've used it in an avocado chocolate mousse actually. Was delicious!

Haha! That is how it always starts...you just fancy one muffin. You add the flax egg to the wet ingredients. Make sure to leave the flax seeds and water for 10-15 minutes. It is usually the first thing
