A few months ago I found ginger in the kitchen pots that I had bought to make myself a remedy.
It had many shoots, so I wanted to give it a better place for its development and I planted it in a pot with fertilizer and water. He watered it with an atomizer so as not to damage it and so that the water fell gently.
The truth is that it didn't work, the little plants dried up even though I watered them, until they died.
I would have liked very much to see them grow and that after a while I could harvest their roots, just to give myself the pleasure of saying that I should plant ginger.
Plants are important to humans. Trees provide shade, with their wood you can make anything from a pencil to a house, they bear fruit and help control the weather.
Ginger does not give you all that since it is a small plant and only its root is used, but it has great medicinal power. It is one of the few roots that has so many qualities and protects us from many diseases.
Its main effect is the reinforcement it provides to the immune system and it is an excellent treatment for flu and respiratory diseases.
Here we only prepare it as tea, but in India they use it in all their gastronomic preparations.
For me, ginger is not so easy to plant and reproduce. I prefer to leave it in the kitchen pot, covered to continue its growth and if it reaches a size that no longer fits inside the pot, then I will transplant it to the ground.
Nature knows what it is doing, so I will only limit myself to observing it and monitoring it in case it needs my help. Apparently the heat of the pot helps him in his development.
On the day of the plants, this is a good way to commemorate and celebrate your day and giving thanks for always providing us with its benefits, its nutrients. Without them we could not survive in this world.
