SampleHIS is a medical record and administration system for small hospitals. Through this Task Request the Project Owner asked for a logo restricted to 3 colors (present in my design) and with the application acronym SHIS.
Benefits / Improvements
I wanted to provide a logo that used common medical symbols to make a quick association with the Health field along with paper sheets being filled to portrait the clinical histories for patients, making the objective of the app clear enough by just looking at the logo and to not be confused by other generic medical app
Tools
I used Adobe Photoshop CC (2015) for all the graphics.
