Every summer the North American Monsoon Season draws deep moisture up from the tropics into the arid desert southwest. Bringing an almost daily cycle of convective thunderstorms. Late day storms are most the common because they are heat driven. So this results in some rather spectacular sunsets, showing the beauty and the fury.
