Staying focused is a challenge in these times when there are so many distractions.
I found the example of converting minutes to seconds to better appreciate the dimension of time very interesting; it's a good trick that we can use in other contexts.
What I do when I write my posts is write the first line, then the next, and so on. I periodically read the text and see if it's making sense. I never write in a rush because it tires my eyes, so I always go step by step, write, stand, sit down again, and so on, and it works for me; I don't lose focus.
