Hello, friends!
Today, for the photo contest Reflection Hunters Contest ~ Round 150 by @olgavita, I want to submit a photo of the reflection of my sleeping cat and a toy monkey guarding the cat's sleep.
Every morning Tom the cat demands that he be let out for a walk, but in the city we are afraid to let the cat out for a walk, there are too many dangers here: cars, dogs, garbage containers... About two years ago we decided to take the cat to the village in the morning, to his wife’s father, and pick up in the evening. We could have left the cat in the village to spend the night, but the cat leaves the house in the evening and sits near the gate, waiting for someone to come for him. To deceive his expectations and not come, somehow the hand does not turn and we go every evening to take the cat home.
But after walking around the village for the day, Tom the cat goes to bed in the evening, waking up occasionally to satisfy his hunger.
The toy monkey guarding the cat’s sleep is already about fifty years old; my wife played with it when she was a small child.
When the cat is at home, he often spends time on the ottoman with a toy monkey. A sleeping cat does not like anyone to move around him, and a toy monkey is the standard of immobility. This is how a four-year-old cat and a fifty-year-old toy monkey exist side by side.
The first photo is submitted for participation in the photo competition Reflection Hunters Contest ~ Round 150 by @olgavita
