When before conditions get worse, identify whether your relationship has become toxic to the mental.

1. Frequent shouting and fighting Almost no couple always agree in every way, but that does not mean that your emotions will go up and down like a roller coaster every time you disagree. "If the conflict in your relationship is often strong and involves words or acts of violence, this is a red light," said family and marriage therapists, Erin Lewis Ballard.

2. Making a wedding score should not be like a basketball match where each party made a note of how many times they did a good or bad thing. "When you and your partner often make mistakes or good things, this is a sign that you are on the opposite side," Ballard said. 3. Fear of talking If you feel scared or are afraid to say to your partner what is on your mind, be careful. It's not easy to disagree with the people we care about, but if you don't feel comfortable expressing your feelings, something is wrong.

4. Only caring for yourself You may not be aware of it at first, but over time the narcissistic personality will manifest its form. "When you pair up with a narcissist, only he is the most important," said marriage therapist Evie Shafner. He said, people who are narcissistic will manipulate or make their partners feel guilty to fulfill their desires. "They like to talk about themselves and are less responsive to what happens to you. They lack empathy," he said.

5. Feeling nothing is right If you feel you have done a lot of things to please your partner but never can, then you will not reach that goal. "Making someone feel they can't do the right thing is a form of psychological violence. Our partner should be the biggest supporter, not the other way around," said Shafner.
