Got up early this morning and picked green beans from the garden and did some weeding. While in the garden, I admired the GIANT sunflower. A flower is just forming and is about to open for the first time.
Our beans are producing this year and it's always a delight to bring in a bag full of yummy pods!
We can eat all of these in a single diner, but the plants keep producing and we keep eating!
Once the eggplant is mature, this will make a good diner too. Eggplant Parmesan! Yum!
