there is NO WAY to put the inflation monster back in its cage....

It's a miracle that inflation (as bad as it is) has been held in check for as long as it has. Its not until there is civil unrest coupled with ludicrous printing that unleashes "the big one".

Since gov thinks they can do anything if an emergency warrants it, think they may try for gold/silver confiscation? If gold goes to $1 trillion / oz, think they'd let us keep it?
