My experience with MENE customer service has always been fantastic. I've had the pleasure of both chatting and speaking directly over the phone and every time I've interacted with the staff, they've been professional, courteous and kind. They really do whatever they can to make things right if there is a problem.

I would say the service is GOLD STAR... no wait... 24K GOLD STAR service.
