I used to consume alcohol at night during parties. I would wake up the next day with a hangover ... which I did not like. I put up with the hangover because the party was fun.

I decided to drink too much alchohol one morning.

I felt bad for the rest of the day.

So, the one day that I drank too much alcohol in the morning convince me that drinking was a stupid activity.

Since that experiment I learned to drink in moderation as sharing an occasional wine is fun.
