WAIV is a coin used by waivio.com . I just wrote a review about waivio. It appears that the interface was first created for STEEM. So it predates most of the tribal interfaces.

It has a few cool features. For example people can log in to Waivio with their google or facebook account and leave messages. The site uses a wysiwyg editor to create the markdown which I found weird, but i think it rivals Peakd.com in design.
