Hello friends of #HIVEOPENMIC, bless your servant
@irissol. In this week number 83
@elmusiquito summoned us. with the theme of REASON TO LIVE.
I confess that this made me carry out an inventory of what I have done in my existence; I had always told my children that Roberto Carlos's song, "Un Millón De Amigos" totally represents what I have tried to leave throughout my life, but, since I sang it in this hive and I think it is not professional to repeat, searching and looking for another that resembles my existence, I found a Spanish-American jewel, its authorship belongs to the Spanish singer-songwriter Johan Manuel Serrat and its title is "CANTARES".
Yes Cantares, my life, experiences, triumphs, failures, profession, loves, farewells to deceased relatives, births, I lived them and I will live, between melodies. Since God gave me the blessing of being a mother, many of the most beautiful lessons that I gave them were through songs and stories; I always told them the simplest and most magical golden rules, framed with my profession as Choir Director. Many were the public and private institutions in which I served with love, where I enriched my long list of friends, wonderful human beings who left their perfume in my memory. My best friends? My parents, brothers, nephews and, of course, my children, whom I prepared so that they will seek their well-being and happiness wherever they are. I have been for more than four years, without their physical presence, since, like the poet of songs, they went to make roads in their walk, and me? I remain here with the conviction of helping others, especially the older adults of the choir that I lead to cope with their age with dignity, productivity, joy and a lot of harmony, feeling like artists.
That is my reason for life, to give love and well-being through music, reaping large numbers of friends. Thank you Lord for this mission of living, thanks to
@elmusiquito, for the call that made me analyze so much beauty of experiences, to my husband for being and being part of myself, for accompanying him on the guitar, to my nephews always constant with the support in the editing and assembly of the posts Gladys Alvarado

Cover "Cantares" / "Cantares"
Todo pasa y todo queda
Pero lo nuestro es pasar
Pasar haciendo caminos
Caminos sobre la mar.
Nunca perseguí la gloria
Ni dejar en la memoria
De los hombres mi canción.
Yo amo los mundos sutiles
Ingrávidos y gentiles
Como pompas de jabón.
Me gusta verlos pintarse
Golpe a golpe, verso a verso.
Cuando el jilguero no puede cantar
Cuando el poeta es un peregrino
Cuando de nada nos sirve rezar
(Caminante no hay camino
Se hace camino al andar)
Golpe a golpe, verso a verso
Golpe a golpe, verso a verso
Golpe a golpe, verso a verso.
Everything happens and everything is
But ours is to pass
Pass by making paths
Roads over the sea.
I never chased the glory
Nor leave in memory
Of men my song.
I love the subtle worlds
Weightless and gentle
Like soap foam.
I like to see them paint
Of sun and scarlet, fly
Under the blue sky, shake
Suddenly and break.
I never chased the glory
Wayfarer, there is no way
The way is made by walking
When you walk, you make a path
And looking back
You see the path that never
It has to be stepped on again
Walker there is no path
But wakes in the sea.
Some time ago in that place
that covers the dust of a special dance
As they walked away they heard him scream:
"Walker there is no way"
The path is made by walking.
Blow by blow, verse by verse.
When the finch can not sing
When the poet is a pilgrim
When it is useless to pray
(Walker there is no way
The path is made by walking)
Blow by blow, verse by verse
Blow by blow, verse by verse
Blow by blow, verse by verse
