San Francisco is only two hours driving from my town, but I hardly go there. The reason is because of the traffic. But I still want to go there once for awhile. There are a lot of goodies there that we can’t find in here.

Every time I went there, it took us at least three hours. One time I left the town around four o’clock something, I was trapped on the traffic even couldn’t move for two blocks in one hour. I have a traffic nightmare in SF since then.

Three years ago, we decided to go to SF in my birthday. Things went well, we all had good moods, and the traffic was not that bad, but someone hit us from the back. Luckily we all felt well, and the car bumper had some dense only.

My husband felt so bad at the moment because this car was his sport car, and it was bought only two years that he hardly drove. The lady hit us felt as bad too. She told me that the car was rented from Lyft and she was a Lyft driver making for living. She hoped she could settle down with me. I told my husband we were all ok and the car bumper was not damaged that bad, so we just let her gone.

We went to Chinatown to buy some egg tarts from the famous bakery, ate dim sum in the big dim sum restaurant, and bought some special made sausages and grocery there. Then we went to check out Golden Gate Bridge park to take some pictures. Before heading home, we stopped by Westfield mall to buy cheese tarts, ate dinner in the food court, and did some shopping.

We had a lot fun there, and my husband totally forgot his lovely car got hit. I had a memorable birthday in the year before the COVID-19 pandemic started. We don’t know what happen in the future, so just enjoy the life and take it easy.
