After teleworking for a whole week, I was kind of tired and lazy to cook dinner. Sitting in home office, my mind was wondering which restaurant I should order. Hubby just logged off his computer and walked in to my office. He said both of us too tired to cook and suggested to order to go. I said that’s what I thought, any suggestion?
He talked about the Chinese food, Thai restaurant, Vietnamese food…all the restaurants that we used to order to go. I said how about Round Table pizzas for dinner tonight. He said why not?
I am not sure if American people love pizza the most in the world, but we can find a pizza place everywhere. There are so many pizza places around my neighborhood, like Pizza Hut, Dominos Pizza, Pieology, Pizza Guy, Mountain Mike’s, Little Caesars, Round Tables Pizza..
We have tried all, and we think Round Table Pizza is the best pizza in the area. Also, it’s the most expensive pizza in the area too. Imagine the cost of large pizza in Round Table pizza can buy three from Little Caesars. But the price is worth in my opinion.
The size of their large pizza is really big compared others. One large pizza is more than enough for three of us. For example, I ordered the Chicken & Garlic Gourmet today. It had Grilled all-white meat chicken, lots of chopped garlic, white mushrooms, Roma tomatoes, red & green onions and Italian herb seasoning. It’s our favorite and always so delicious.
For kids, I ordered the large Stuffed Crust Mini Pepperoni Pizza with a side of Mike's Hot Honey. The side of crust filled with cheese, and the mini Pepperoni was baked crispy. Kids love it now. I remember when we had pizza before, kids only ate Little Caesars’ pizza, so I had to pick up pizzas from two places.
Most pizza companies here offer coupons either online or through mail, so I always look for a coupon before ordering. For example, The large Chicken & Garlic Gourmet costed more than $35, with $8 coupon, $27 something. Nowadays coupons are offered online, so I would recommend to check company’s website first before making an order.
Pizza is considered junk food, unhealthy, have high calories, fat and sodium, so I only eat it once a while. Tomorrow I really need to play pickle balls harder to lose the calories. I enjoy playing pickle ball, so looking forward to play tomorrow.
