Today is my bird watch day again, and I saw some new birds. I really don't know these birds also are living in my backyard.

This Bird Preserve is only 10 miles away from my house, and it is preserved by the federal government. Now I routinely go there, and I did recognize some faces as us going there every weekend.

This week I took some good pictures of the turkey vultures. They are not rare in here, and they usually stay with a group. I saw 5 of them in the Preserve at the time I was hiking. These birds are very big.

At the time five of the vultures were cycling the geese, then came a group of American white pelicans. Most of the pelicans pictures that I took would not see much of detail, and I thought they were seagulls. After I saw the uploaded picture, I realized they were pelicans. How lucky seeing the real pelicans!

When I walked back to my car, I heard a sound as what the woodpecker made. I searched around the area, and there's a tiny bird there making the noise. So here is the picture of Downy woodpecker.

The last picture is two geese flighting in a formation side-by-side. I think it's very nice, so I share it with you.

Hope you enjoy these beautify birds pictures.
