Today, I prepared the breakfast for me and my family. It was a hectic day for me as I had to go to the passport office to apply for my passport. Going to apply for any documents in Pakistan is like fighting a war. There were long queues and took me 2 hours to go to the counter.
More interesting thing is that they refused to work on my passport until I renew my ID Card. So, I am going to apply for the ID Card now tonight and there will be even more queues and I would have to wait for longer again.
So, after coming back from the passport office I decided to prepare breakfast for my family and I made special eggs as you can see in the pictures below;
First I poured beaten eggs on the pan and spread the layer of tomatoes and green chilies.
Then I poured the remaining eggs mixture over vegetables and let everything cook on medium heat.
Then after almost 2 minutes, I flipped the side and let it cook again.
Egg is ready to eat and enjoy. We enjoyed it with toasted bread and chai tea.
