For this next write along challenge, it's on curation time. As such, I needed to do some research as to what does a Curator does. So, I joined the curator discord & found alot of interesting information.
Firstly, let me share what does a curator's mission statement :
i) Provide a community where curators on the Steem blockchain can come together and receive support for their curation efforts
ii) Upvote & resteem under-rewarded authors and great posting on the @C-Squared community account;
iii) Promote engagement in comments on the STEEM blockchain.
After about 1 week or so & with some massive reading of several of the post in the curator discord... I'm amazed with the amount of good writers & content posting. So, when it came to the Steemitmamas Write Along Challenge Curation Time, I was more prepared.
I wouldn't categorized this as one of my favourites but it definitely has a lasting memory. For a man to share his emotional side & in a way one downhill part of his life, being a parent.. That just fully touched my heart & I can't help but feel for him.
While I have uploaded this story onto the curator discord, I felt this was also the story I wanted to share once again to those who followed me. I believe both mom & dad plays an important role to their children & sometimes for the sake of happiness, hard decisions are to be made.
Are we to judge such decisions or maybe we pray that it's the best at the point of time for both adult & children.
Whilst my first selection was something very emotional, my second selection as curator, strangely is also from Maverick Foo.
This is a very clever way of explaining SEO on Steemit. One reading from his post which is many explained a thousand questions on how to maximize ourselves as an individual & a community.
Well, that's my story to share. I hope you would check out both post from Maverick Foo & upvote him. If you're a parent just as I, you would need an explanation to do so.
As for my submission for the write along challenge, I do hope I got it right.. ha ha..
