I've seen it done before by Paul Hollywood, the famous baker celebrity and it really is a tough and takes lots of patience, not to mention days to produce the best sourdough.
And yet, when I see a sourdough bread being sold in bakery stores, I'm always reminded how hard it is to prepare one.
