I'm generally in favor of this and will vote yes for the pre-proposal, but before voting on the main proposal it would be helpful if we had some ballpark figures of how many packs we're talking about. I had a similar problem with the land survey potions proposal, where I don't feel like I have enough information to make an informed decision.
