Preparation of the Groom's Coffee Tray and Our Savoury Coffee Culture ☕Damat Kahvesi Tepsisinin Hazırlanması ve Tuzlu Kahve Kültürümüz

Hello everyone! Another part of the engagement preparations is over and I want to tell you about them. In my Previous post, I showed you how I prepared a background to look nice for photo shoots. Now I will talk about other decorations and things I bought.

We will wear the engagement rings right after the request, so I have entered into preparation for the coffee presentation offered at the request.

I wandered around the bazaar and started looking for a tray, but the ones I found didn't suit me. I was looking for something in silver tones because of my outfit and shoes, and wooden and wicker models did not look good at all. I searched from shop to shop for two days and finally, I found it and it really good. I don't buy something I don't like anyway.

Here is the groom's tray😊 I found this in a glassware shop and the seller arranged for me the cup, glasses, and treats for the groom's coffee. There are things belonging to the rest of this preparation on the table, let me move on to them immediately.

I will wrap a round around the tray with pink ribbon and add the bows I made from ribbon to the tray. I will put red toothpicks in the shape of a heart on the treats on the dining table. I bought a small written cardboard to hold in hand during photo shoots.

There will be rose-dried leaves and tiny ladybugs around the cups. I love these sticking ladybugs. I will also stick them between the flowers on the curtain to add color. I will add ladybugs like a bee wandering among the flowers.

The shop selling ornaments made a lot of sales thanks to me. When I ran out of pink ribbon, I bought another 15 meters of ribbon close to silver tone. I bought balloons close to silver tone / white colored and balloons close to pink. There were some funny ones among the written cardboards, but I bought these two.

Almost everything is ready. The only thing missing is the food to be cooked on that day, but I have thought and prepared everything else without skipping a beat. My crown, which I will wear while having my hair done at the hairdresser, is also in the tray. We are waiting for that important day to come.

I even rehearsed the groom's coffee. Salty Coffee in our culture is only made especially for the groom on this day and served with such a beautiful presentation. I cooked and tasted it for myself beforehand to see how it would be when I put salt instead of sugar, and whether there would be foam. Although it looks very beautiful, it is difficult to drink salty coffee. But in our culture, although salty coffee is difficult to drink, the groom can drink it because it gives the message I will endure anything.

Herkese merhaba! Söz hazırlıklarının bir kısmı daha bitti ve ben de sizlere bunlardan bahsetmek istiyorum Önceki postumda sizlere fotoğraf çekimlerinde hoş görünmesi için nasıl bir arka plan hazırladığımı aşamalarıyla gösterdim. Şimdi diğer süslemeleri ve aldığım şeylerden bahsedeceğim.

İstemeden hemen sonra söz yüzüklerini takacağız o yüzden istemede ikram edilen kahve sunumu için bir hazırlık içerisine girdim.

Çarşıda gezinip tepsi aramaya başladım. Bulduklarım pek içime sinmiyordu. Kıyafetim ve ayakkabımdan dolayı gümüş tonlarında bir şeyler bakıyordum ve ahşap, hasır modeller hiç güzel durmuyordu. İki gün boyunca dükkan dükkan aradım en sonunda da buldum hem de gerçekten içime sindi, zaten beğenmediğim bir şeyi almam.

İşte damat tepsisi😊 Bir züccaciyeci dükkanında bunu buldum ve satıcı damat kahvesi için fincan, bardak ve ikramlıkta ayarladı. Masada bu hazırlığın geri kalanına ait şeylerde var hemen onlara geçeyim.

Pembe kurdeleyle tepsinin etrafını bir tur sarıp, yine kurdeleden yaptığım fiyonkları tepsiye ekleyeceğim. Yemek masasındaki ikramlıkların üzerinde kalp şeklinde kırmızı kürdanlardan koyacağım. Fotoğraf çekimlerinde elde tutmak içinde ufak yazılı kartondan aldım.

Fincanların etrafında gül kurusu yapraklar ve minik uğur böceklerinden olacak. Bu yapışan uğur böceklerini ben çok seviyorum. Perdedeki çiçeklerin arasına da yapıştıracağım renk katması için. Çiçeklerin arasında dolaşan arı misali ben uğur böceği ekleyeceğim.

Süs eşyası satan dükkan sayemde baya bir satış yaptı. Üç kez alış veriş yapmak için uğradım. Pembe kurdelem bitince 15 metrelik gümüş tonuna yakın bir kurdele daha aldım. Yine Gümüş tonuna yakın/beyaz renkte balonlarla yavru ağzı pembeye yakın balonlar aldım. Yazılı kartonlar arasında böyle komik olanlarda vardı ama ben şu ikisini aldım.

Hemen hemen her şey hazır. Sadece o gün pişecek olan yemekler eksik onun dışında her şeyi atlamadan düşünüp hazır ettim. Kuaförde saçımı yaptırırken taktıracağım tacım da tepsinin içindeki. O önemli günün gelmesini bekliyoruz.

Hatta damat kahvesinin provasını bile yaptım. Kültürümüzde yer alan Tuzlu Kahve sadece bu gün damada özel yapılır ve böyle güzel sunumla servis edilir. Ben de normalde şeker yerine tuz koyunca nasıl olur, köpük olur mu diye öncesinde kendime pişirdim ve tattım. Görünümü çok güzel olsa da tuzlu kahveyi içmek zor. Ama kültürümüzdeki tuzlu kahvenin içiminin zor olmasına rağmen damadın içebilmesi de buradan kaynaklı her şeye katlanırım mesajı verdiği için.
