Salut tuturor! Eu sunt Ionut Ciobanu si folosesc Steemit de aproximativ 3 luni, in care am facut super multe greseli deoarece nu a existat un articol ca cel pe care il voi posta astazi. Acest articol sper sa ajute cat mai multi incepatori si nu numai. As vrea ca cei la inceput de drum sa nu mai faca greselile mele dar si sa creasca mai repede decat am facut-o eu .
1.Primul si cel mai grav lucru care se poate intampla la inceput de drum in Steemit este sa aveti probleme cu 
@cheetah si 
@steemcleaners . Nestiind de existenta lor, am pierdut o suma importanta de bani, astfel ca la sfarsitul celor 7 zile pierdusem aproximativ 200 sbd si 5 level de putere pana am rezolvat problema cu ei . Solutia ca sa nu intrati in conflict cu ei este : sa postati continut 100% original (text, poze). Daca preluati continut, neaparat adaugati sursa continutului si atunci nu veti primi downvote. Cel mai corect este sa aveti continut si poze 100% originale si veti putea evita prima problema cu care va puteti intalni la inceput de drum in Steemit
2 .A doua problema pe care o puteti intampina pe Steemit este problema cu bandwith (latimea de banda) pe care o puteti verifica singuri aici https://steemd.com/@ionutciobanu. In locul userului meu puneti userul vostru si veti putea vedea ce limita de banda aveti cat si puterea de vot. Rezolvarea acestei probleme este un pic mai dificila daca nu aveti destul Steem Power. Solutia ar fi sa vorbiti cu amici care au mai mult SP si sa va delege o mica parte pentru a putea posta, comenta sau vota.

Problemele cu banda pot fi evitate si daca la inceput de drum pana ajungeti la 100 sp va rezumati la cateva postari pe zi si cat mai putine comentarii
3 .Un lucru important de retinut este sa evitati certurile nefondate cu cei cu putere mare si nu numai. Pe Steemit importanta este calitatea, nu cantitatea deci incercati sa postati maxim 2 articole la 24 ore (nu cum am facut eu; postam 12 articole pe zi si nu le citea nimeni).Cu cat sunt mai calitative articolele si cu cat aduceti o contributie reala retelei cu atat va v-a creste numarul de followeri, valoarea potului si reputatia. Scrieti un articol pe zi dar bine documentat. Despartiti textul folosind imagini pentru a rupe rutina.
Daca ati trecut cu bine peste primele impasuri, veti fi pregatiti pentru urmatoarele trucuri pe care eu le folosesc acum pentru a urca mai repede in rank
1.Urmariti (follow) cat mai multi oameni care posteaza subiecte de interes pentru voi (eu am deja +5k de followeri; potentiali oameni care vor citi si vota articolele mele ).
ATENTIE:
Numarul mare de followeri afecteaza latimea de banda dar acest lucru poate fi depasit daca ajungeti la 100 steem power.
Personal, m-am indragostit de aceasta minunata retea. Motivul pentru care m-am inscris este pentru a invata despre diverse subiecte, pentru a-mi dezvolta modul de scriere si pentru a invata administrarea unui blog. Banii nu au constituit un factor determinant.
2. Folosesc boti care voteaza contra unei sume de bani. Fac acest lucru mai mult pentru a-mi creste cat mai repede nivelul de reputatie si pentru ca postarile mele sa castige vizibilitate. Financiar nu veti castiga extraordinar folosind acesti boti dar reputatia va urca foarte rapid (insemnand putere de vot mai mare si castiguri mai insemnate)
3.Pentru un control mai usor al puterii de vot puteti folosi steemvoter.com un site in care puteti seta pe cine sa votati, ce procentaj va avea votul si chiar timpul la care se va da votul dupa ce postare a fost efectuata.
Mai exista cateva lucruri mai avansate de stiut dar le voi posta pe viitor. Daca exista persoane care citesc acest post si au intrebari, le pot raspunde in cel mai scurt timp in sectiunea de comentarii a acestei postari. Daca am omis lucruri importante, va rog sa le evidentiati si le voi aduga postarii initiale.
Daca credeti ca acest post va este util sau cunoasteti utilizatori noi care ar aprecia aceasta postare, dati un resteem.
