I used to believe that prayer was so special and sacred that it had to be done in very special and sacred places during sacred and special times.
Now I know better.
Now I know that I can pray as naturally, easy and often as I breathe.
It takes practice to spend your day connected, but its also as easy and natural as stretching.
You can pray at any time, in any place, surrounded by whatever is around you. It is always a good time to connect to God.
