Not sure it would work in decentralized manner at the outset. I foresee a company being formed or a trust that would have a bank account to accept the ad revenues. Then that entity would make a formal agreement with Hive front-ends to run ads. The agreement would include a share of revenue to be distributed amongst front-ends to assist covering running costs, another small portion kept to maintain the company/trust and the largest proportion going to buy back Hive tokens. For example a company setup in Panama would be tax free on out of country earnings derived from adviews. Just some food for thought.
