So it seems like the UK Government have enacted provisions in a set of laws that enables the sectioning of people who are sick with Coronavirus. I am not in a panic, far from it, but I find it fascinating that we are told all is under control. Then at the same time laws are enacted, airlines stop flying to China, lots more examples of things happening behind the scenes and we are painted an image of everything is ok.
From what I observe here in Bangkok, not everyone is wearing a face mask and people are going about their daily business.
