I was against HF21, but now I see how the 50/50 works with other tribes. I haven't questioned the new ratios of other tribes, it is what it is, but for Steem. I doubt that those who have a wide spread of followers will see a negative outcome. Not saying everyone will benefit. Just from my personal observations, what I now earn with the Scot's more than covers any potential differences. I have also noticed voting habits change and this to the positive side.

I totally agree about supporting good content and good curation. With my alt accounts, I am on the way to making sure that they follow curation trails. Those ran by the tribe's discord group curators. It is the most personal I can get with the maximum automation. There is no way I can read over such a wide spread of tribes. Ideally I wish curation trails could get more organized and draw in better content (supported by guaranteed votes).

Now each tribe is responsible for it's own development and management etc.
