I posted this in APPICS last week but their new cross plafrom display to view outside their app has a terrible resolution so I thought I would post it again. You can click on the image to see in higher resolution. The shot is of the imposing North Face of Mt Loki (2779 m or 9117 ft ) in late spring. I took this shot a week ago after quite the energy sapping slog (6 hours) through deep wet snow to get to a position where I could take the shot with my drone. After seeing the size of the wet snow cornices on the remaining ridge line along with the wind and storms coming in I gave up any hope of summiting. Something to come back to next time in a more favorable season as we leave for Australia in less than two weeks ! West Kootenays, British Columbia, Canada
