We are living in such a world where social influencers are so powerful that sometimes we don't check too much what they are actually saying and we blindly believe it. I think we can check the crypto influencers at the present time, and it will be good enough to understand many things. Those so-called crypto influencers are not so good that they pretend to be. I have even seen so many cryptocurrencies who didn't have basic knowledge of cryptocurrency trading, but it is unfortunate that those influencers were popular and many people followed them blindly and all of them suffered heavy losses during the time of crypto market crash. So, it is necessary to understand if those people are capable enough to lead us or give us any kind of suggestion whom we are following.

At the present time there are many influencers who share health tips and I think it's something that deserves to be appreciated but there is a condition for it. We must check the background of the influencer. We should check if the person is sharing authentic and genuine information or not. Health is a sensitive issue, and I think that we should not take any kind of risk because a single mistake can take our lives. Let me share a news from 6 months ago of my country. There was a person who was impressed by an influencer who used to share tips. That person followed the influencer blindly and he stopped taking all the medicines suggested by his doctor. Approximately after one and a half months the health of the person collapsed badly, and he was hospitalized for 15 days. His body taken almost all the damage and it was too late for him to recover from that situation and the person died at the end. I heard about the news from one of my friends who is a doctor and it was the incident of his hospital.

I know that social media is powerful and there are various kinds of experts and there are many doctors also who are trying their best to give suggestions to the people online and it's really something I appreciate. But not everyone is a doctor or an expert in health sector. There are many people who just pretend to be doctors on social media just because they want to grab some money online and they actually don't care about the life of the people. I'm not against the idea of following those who give suggestions online, but I think at least we need to do a background check of those doctors who say they are doctors.

Our health is very sensitive, and we cannot afford to take too much risk about our health. Social media influencers are doing good work, but when it comes to health, I think that we should not depend too much on those social influencers. We should visit the near doctor who is very close to us who is professional in this case.
