I agree with that it's the mindset not the clothes. If anyone wear short dress or something reveal most of the body part is have nothing to do with me. But when you live in a society, you are bound to follow many unofficial rules. If the society doesn't allow it you can't actually do it unless you have a wish to be beaten. It depends on the life style of certain area. In beach if anyone wear bikini, noboy would complain it but when you do the same thing in a village area everyone will complain. For them you are doing something shameful and it's the thoughts of women live there. I think we need to adapt with where we live doesn't matter if it's our right or not.
