That neighbor's young boy locking himself in his bedroom all day, missing meals and neglecting his overall health because he was engrossed in his games.

If my brother did such a thing, I would not allow him to take food even if he came out from the room. I never tolerate such kind of behavior and whenever I act my parents also can't do anything. I think allowing them to become ok after doing such kind act make them arrogant. My rule is quite simple. I will try to solve with conversation first it it doesn't work, I don't show any mercy either.
