W116 - Let There be Peace!
You will see what I mean when you to song #2! 馃檪 We need more peace in the world right now, IMHO. With that being said...
Get those headphones on and turn it up! 馃
First up we have: Warpaint by Of Mice & Men.
This is a new tune from Of Mice & Men on the upcoming album Tether.. due to be released on October 6th 2023. I am looking forward to this album, as I dig this metalcore band. They are much better off without the original vocalist IMO. They continue to drop some metal bombs and I am here for it. 馃槂
Lyrics Sample:
Unending, desolate
It lurks in the nothingness
In the dark I whisper
Knowing that it listens
And from the void it speaks
"Run and don't look back"
"Run and don't look back"

This.. this right here is what we need in the world.. Peace and good tunes! 馃槃
Now if the real life versions(- the Queen) of these players would actually get together and hash some shit out.. the world would be much better off.. Just Sayin!
This is some awesome playing.. and I am here for it. This is track #8 from the album Wet Ass Plutonium released July 28th 2023. You need to also check out the other video from this one, titled: Nyetflix and Chill
Enjoy.

Next up we got the final selection.. Cold by Angelus Apatrida
Got a new drop this week from my favorite Spanish Thrash Metal Monsters! Awesome.. this hits hard! Could have used a solo on this, but it's still f'ing awesome. 馃槃
Lyrics Sample:
I've lost the immortal part of me in a vain attempt to heal
The tears that carve my face in scars tell what I was meant to be
Meant to be someone I am not, someone I have always been
Duality of existence as unique and useless creed
Cold is track #2 from the upcoming album Aftermath due to be released on October 20th 2023. Looks like I will be snagging this one up too lol.
October is shaping up quite nicely for some new metal albums! 馃
