You Never Know When You Will Need A Tool!

This week's temperatures are a bit on the ridiculous side.. it's currently 15 degrees f right now, on it's way to 10 for the low tonight. With it being so cold out, my car battery decided to tease me and just barely crank one time today. :D But... I was prepared for this ahead of time.

I bought this 600A - 14000 Mah Jump Starter by Tenker two winters ago, paid $60 at the time. It was especially cold when I bought this item, but I didn't need it then as it turns out.

I needed it today though.

I really had my doubts about these type of jump systems, but after jumping two cars with it... it's holding a decent charge still at 97%.

They don't make this particular name brand any more, however I think they may have changed the brand to DBPower now. After looking online for this model and others, I did find a higher rated model that looks like the prior companies model. There are different modelas at Amazon and etc. You can find a decent one for under a $100.00. DYOR.

I have to get a new car battery and install it, but with this weather... yeah not happening right now! Especially since Chrsyler thought it was a great idea to put the battery behind the front wheel well.. LoL :D

Anyhow, the moral of the story is... Be Prepared!

You never know what is coming your way in the future. I am glad that I bought this tool. :D
