In the initial days, when you are looking to grow the community and have the impact on the stakeholders, i believe that delegations are very helpful as they attract lot more people to contribute. Those with delegations vote the contributors to whom the community account can not reach out directly. In this regards 
Though there are no reasons for these delegations, i guess he was not the only one who delegated the #pobpower. Here are the top ten accounts which we need to look at too.

All these above numbers are from the analysis from 10th May. Now if we take a look at these accounts you would see that most of these accounts have delegated the POB power to their own .pob accounts for better management of their stakes in the different tokens.
Those who are delegating to their own accounts are not the part of this analysis as this is not really helping the community at large to develop and is excluded from this analysis.
