Re-ranking in the rich-list at year end

@onealfa.pob account has started powering down his stake, which changed the dynamics of the richlist at the year end. Whenever, there is a power down the account starts showing negative balance and goes out of the calculations of the rich.

This has helped the #vyb related accounts to strengthen their position in the #pob rich-list. Last week the #vyb dominance was 12% whereas this week it has increased to 19%. All the accounts in the yellow colour are related to #vyb. The accounts starting with X have now vanished from the rich-list.

• Ranks for 7 accounts were unchanged during the week. Whereas last week there were 16 stable accounts. This indicates the disruption level of rich-list.
• 37 accounts gained the positions from the previous week. Last week 5 accounts gained the positions. Exit of big whale accounts generally results into gaining of the positions.
• 4 Accounts lost their positions in last 7 days whereas in the last week there were as much as 24.
• 3 new accounts were added to rich-list last week it was 6.
