According to my analysis there are two possibilities now

1. The proposal would go through for the additional 30000 CINE and would add to the current cinepower of @gimmetricks1. In this case the value of vote would be close to $.308.
2. In another option, as recommended by @coffeelovers, if the new account is opened and the additional 30000 cinepower is parked in the community account then the value of the vote would be close to $.220. However, @gimmetricks1 would also support this initiative and will ultimately add the difference and make the vote value $.308.
   So in any case it is a value proposition. But I hope this continues to get support from the whales of this community. It could be like the market talk page on #leo.
