As @coffeelovers stated in his comment there are close to 4670 cine holders. However, as many as 60% are holding nominal amounts below 10 Cine. There are only 95 accounts which staked more than 1000 cine. Which is like negligible active users who are using the cine as tag or platform to generate coin.
