Every week I come out with the reports on rich-list which would probably reveal who is selling but generally there are more than 43% #pob accounts which are holding zero or negligible #pob. They had some #pob in the past, so they are selling. But you are right. The current panic in the market might not be caused by them. There are some other accounts who are holding liquid #pob which are actually causing this panic selling.
