I agree 3000 is a quite a good number of investors, but in the classification report, which I prepared there are more than 435 Zero balance accounts. These are the accounts who use tag, get some rewards and they sell it off. Additionally, more than 75% of the accounts are in the range of 1 to 100 POB Power.
