Ze is a pronoun, not a name. Ze/hir is my choice of gender neutral neopronoun because I can conjugate it on the fly and don't often have to go back and check later.
There's something like six accepted gender neutral pronouns, most of which I don't recall off the top of my head. I do remember e/ey/em and of course singular they. I'm sorry to all the people who use all the others, but my brain is like a seive and I'm an old fogey who needs a flashcard.
And yes, Pax Humanis are dangerous. They're the people prone to serial murder/torture. They can't be trusted in proper society, so they're put aside for their best comfort with minimum harm to others and occasionally employed to remove the worst stains on the face of civilisation. Many members of my audience find them fascinating.
