I grew up on something of a small farm and I also know too well that there is no force as ferocious and unstoppable as a biddy[1] bantam hen. Though they are tiny, they are a force of firkin nature.
[1] Aussie slanguage: Biddy always meant 'broody' crossed with 'biding' [aka sitting still] but to KidMe, it meant "stay well out of beak range"
