I don't involve myself in a lot of continuity tracking :#) As I recall, Wraithvine and Anthe were present when Ardin did his thing. Kobolds can live for (I think) one hundred and twenty years) so it's plausible that the name changed within plausible time.

It's also plausible that Wraithvine was the only one calling it "New Hope" even then.
