Artists who stream are allowed to bounce between projects. It's a thing. I regularly watch ToastyGlow [recommend] and sometimes they're just not into their WIP so they do something else to loosen up and have fun.

Sometimes having an audience to cheer you up is all the motivation you need.

Unfortunately for me, it would distract from the WIP...
