I would imagine that they do pretty well, but they're a one-task-at-a-time mindset, so polycules make sense there. As for the larvae/infants... a state of constant supervision/attendance necessary to mature to a set point of independance is all that's needed to ensure that taking baby out on another task is next to impossible.
