• Did they recognise this at any point?
• Once recognised, did they make an effort at reform?

The CEO here recognised that he was pretty darn horrible and immediately acted to enact a change. Thus, no time in remedial therapy, but the same treatment as the rest of his former citizens.

If he was an A-hole and remained unrepentant, then Pax Humanis would either kill or capture for the enforced reformation project.
