Vouchers are tradeable/purchasable... So anyone can buy the card. The target market is the people that want the card at the specified cost.

I think its great and allows access for new players to play with cards they may never get their hands on. @clayboyn is there any particular reason they couldn't be added as a weekly event for the community

Basically all fays can be filled via ownership or renting. If your competitor is willing to invest via renting or owning they should be rewarded not you. There should be levels to everything and its voluntary,
