Teen driving practice past million dollar homes in Flowery Branch, GA - as part of my Atlanta Lake house series (final)

My son is at that age of 14, turning 15 very soon and is anxious to drive, as most of us were before we learned that driving can be a burden, not just a freedom. We had a golf cart available to us at the Lake house we stayed at. We were able to use it to go down to the private dock on the property, and drive around the immediate neighborhood to the clubhouse or on other streets. He loved it and I thought it was good practice. We got to see some damn impressive homes in the process. All of these are million dollar properties.
This was just us, taking a quick stop for a still photo. Nice ride.
We also saw some deer along the way here and there. There are a lot of woods still all around the lake, so there is great cover for them to live.
The danger is that these are also out on the road unfortunately as well.
We saw these guys in various places throughout our drive through the complex. This video above is just a 2 minute video of getting my son some time on a wheel that wasn't a go-kart and on some real roads. Of course, seeing the million dollar properties, one after another, is just a sight to see as well.
A lot of these houses back right up to lake, as I mentioned, and we were able to see some of them in our boat cruise, which is mapped out above.
There are 2 other related posts with a video to this trip, where a lot of the nature and boat ride is highlighted nicely.
