I love the history and the stories of old houses. And photos of the days past.
If I was living in an old home I would most probably try to get my hands on to as much photographs as possible throughout out its history. Interior photos as well as photos of the house from outside. And perhaps I would hang some of those photos to the walls so that I could see the original next to the newest update.
Please say that you will save some photos of the green staircase I think you mentioned on one post. Although I'm not a fan of the original colors of most rintamamiestalot and most probably would paint it over, in photos it looks fun.
And usually the tiles that can be found from houses that are either built or renovated in the 50's to 70's are also terrible, but at the same time beautiful. So terrible that I wouldn't want to live with them but enough different and beautiful that it would be exiting to take interior photographs. Do you have any crazy looking tiles or doors there?
