Sigewinne isn't quite the powerhouse that Clorinde was before her. I'm also not really sure about her Bond of Life mechanic as it doesn't seem very easy to exploit like Clorinde's or Arlecchino's had been. She's mainly focused on her skill which is used to apply Hydro but it's pretty slow. As for her Burst, the trial seems to have it do a good amount of damage but you'll need to be very close to the enemies to deal it and that leaves her a sitting duck.
However everybody else on this banner is definitely useful. Rosaria is still a strong attacker and that makes her a great component to the Morgana permanent freeze team if you're going for the aggressive form. Gaming is also very fun to play as all you need to worry about is setting up for Pyro reactions and then using his skill to launch Gaming before crashing down in a Pyro infused Plunge Attack. You'll want to build up his Burst though because as soon as he has it he'll be able to skill and Plunge more regularly and that's a good amount of damage that very easy to do.
But the absolute best part of this banner is Furina. This girl is the best Fontaine character because she can casually switch between Pneuma and Ousia forms which is a mechanic in the region that does extra damage if you pair it properly against enemies. Since she can do both you'll definitely have that pair. On top of that she is a high passive damage dealer with her skill that summons 3 attackers. This means she doesn't have to be your DPS while still providing tons of damage. I like pairing her with Yae Miko as both of them do heavy passive damage and Electro-Charged is great for groups of enemies. Add on a Dendro DPS like Alhaitham and you get the coveted Hyperbloom reaction that does the most damage out of anything in the game so far. On top of all of that Furina is also the best healer in the game. Her summon heals for over 3000HP at a time if you build her right and I think it heals 8 times per summon.
