I took this photograph late last summer on the Hickstead Flyover looking down the A23 towards Brighton and the South Downs in Sussex, UK, although this could be anywhere in the world. The ultra-wide angle is achieved by using a Nikon 18-55mm kit lens strapped to the front of my Nikon D5200. The dynamic composition is offset by the bright full moon in contrast with the dark trees and South Downs on the horizon. The car light trials provided leading lines and perspective and the star burst from the street light added a nice touch.
My settings as follows :-
I aimed to shoot this location for about a year. I drive over the flyover on the way to my brother's house. When the right opportunity presented itself and the forces of creativity and nature came together, I was ready. All-in-all I am happy with this photograph.
