Yeah, im not very good at explaining but the its something like you can see Earths atmosphere interfering with the image at long focal lengths so as the atmosphere changes each image is recording different details and then Registax uses the sharpest parts out of all the images and sticthes them together giving you a super sharp moon than compared to a softer focus single shot, if that makes sense lol
